At Morgan Timepieces, we stand behind our watches. If your purchase isn’t right for you, contact morgantimepieces@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

Return eligibility

For a change-of-mind return under our 30-day policy, your watch must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition, with the presentation box, accessories, documentation, and all bracelet links included.

Please inspect your watch before wearing it or sizing the bracelet. Proof of purchase is required.

These conditions do not limit your rights concerning faulty goods or any mandatory cancellation rights.

Starting a return

Email morgantimepieces@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include photographs if possible.

We will provide return instructions. Please contact us before shipping so we can direct your return correctly.

After receiving return instructions, send the item within 14 days. Use secure packaging and a tracked service; we recommend insurance for its full value.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If we sent the wrong item, or your watch arrived damaged or defective, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and arrange an appropriate refund, replacement, or repair consistent with your legal rights.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

We will inspect your return and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Where applicable law requires a shorter refund period, that period applies.

Exchanges

Contact us to discuss an exchange. Exchanges depend on availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we can process an eligible return for a refund.

International customers

Import duties or taxes paid directly to a government, customs authority, or carrier cannot be refunded by Morgan Timepieces. Contact the organization that collected them about possible reimbursement.

Where applicable, customers in the European Union or European Economic Area may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Notify us by email or through any withdrawal option provided on our website, then return the goods within 14 days of that notice.

For a valid statutory withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option within 14 days of your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them, whichever occurs first. You pay direct return costs unless the goods are faulty or we agreed otherwise. A deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Your legal rights

This policy does not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
